General Meeting #2
This is just a reminder that we will be having a meeting this Tuesday (November 10, 2015) in Mr. Hu's room (218) during lunch. We will be going over how we did for the Trick of Treat fundraiser as well as other plans for the month of November/December.
Trick or Treat Box Collections
November 5, 2015
This Thursday, we will be collecting our trick or treat boxes during tutorial. Again, I will need some people to come by and help pick them up. I will only be needing about 7-10 helpers, so if you want to help out, make sure you write your name on the spreadsheet below! I will not be accepting anyone past 10 people, so make sure you sign up quickly! I will most likely not be there on Thursday, but I will have Sare, our vice president, to direct you.
For those of you who have collected money individually, you can drop them off at Mr. Hu's room no later than Friday or else your donations will not be sent. Also, make sure to write your name on the box so I know who raised what!

UNICEF Trick or Treat Fundraiser (Volunteers)
Three things you will need to pick up on Thursday (Mr. Hu's Tutorial) before going to each classroom:
1) an unfolded box
2) a handout/flier for teachers
3) an information sheet that you will use as a reference if you are asked any questions about the fundraiser.
4) lanyard/bracelet (for you to keep! Also, put it on while you deliver the boxes so it looks a little more professional)
When you get your boxes on Thursday, you will have to fold them into actual boxes. Most of you are assigned 3-5 classrooms so folding the boxes will take you a very short time. On each box, there will also be the corresponding room number that it should be delivered to.
Once you enter the classroom, you will walk over to the teacher (if the classroom is filled with students retaking a test, for example, please be respectful!) and hand over the handout/flier. While you do so, ask politely if they can read the flier to their 2nd period class and, if you can, briefly explain what the fundraiser is. If you need help with that, just refer to your information sheet.
